E-Estonia: This is the country where it doesn`t exist the bureaucracy and where everything is made in a digital way.
One example is the E- residency: This system allows individuals to start businesses in the country without living there.
Today, the government boasts it is home to more tech unicorns, private companies valued at more than $ 1 billion.
Its recent unicorns include payments firm TransferWise and Uber competitor Taxify.
