The startup community in Tallinn is active and well-connected. Enterpreneurs in Tallinn can choose from a number of startup events with various topics and networking possibilities. I will leave a video to understand how the future in Tallinn has arrived.

Now I will suggest you the best coworking places, the best accelerators, incubators and where to find angel investors in the capital of Estonia.

COWORKING PLACES

Lift99 is a co-working space for startups, creative teams and freelancers, offering productive environment with top-level work stations and a community of like-minded people. Monthly package is € 185

Spring hub provides modern work environment including hand picked community of seed financed startups, professional freelancers and other globally minded entrepreneurial people as well as startup support organisations. Monthly packages € 150

ACCELERATORS

VUNK LABS: The program is an opportunity to scale ideas related to the Internet of things, mobile commerce, or communication and connectivity.

Working with VUNK Labs grants enterpreneurs unvaluable access to Telia`s marketing and sales channels. There`s also the opportunity to be integrated with Telia`s API`s and infrastructure services. Also startups accepted can secure equity-free funding.

STARTUP WISE GUYS:Startup Wise Guys is the largest investor in B2B companies in the Baltics with more than 50 startups in its portfolio.Startup Wise Guys thinks global. More than 60% of their companies are not from Estonia. The founders are from over 30 countries and the network mentors, investors, and partners come from all over the world.

INCUBATORS

TEHNOPOL: Tehnopol Startup Incubator has an impressive track record. It is said that 9 out of 10 startups fail. This is not the case for Tehnopol’s alumni; 7 out of 10 companies that went through the incubation program are still operating. So far, 155 companies have gone through the program and raised the total of €11 M of seed round investments.

Tehnopol Startup Incubator is open to all the Information and Communications Technologies. However, it also works with health and green tech projects. The Incubator is at the same time the first ever to invite Estonian e-Residents to work on their ideas during such a program.

Now I suggest you to go also in the startup neighborhood called Telliskivi Creative City.

Telliskivi Creative City is a collection of factory buildings that has been transformed into a popular hangout and office space with off-beat restaurants, art expos, flea markets, alternative theater, and clubbing

But obviously It`s not enough to have a business idea because it`s necessary to find people who believe in our startup.

In Tallinn there is a network of business angels seeking investment opportunities. The network is called " ESTBAN"

Estonian Business Angels Network is an umbrella organization for business angels in Estonia and its neighboring countries. The network reviews applications for entrepreneurs seeking investment and offers opportunities for potential investors to fund startups jointly rather than as individuals.

I suggest you also the best place in Tallinn where you can do networking and socializing. The event is called " Founders to Founders" promoted by AngelList and Lift99

Founders2Founders is a by-invitation-only meetup for entrepreneurs. Their event series brings in invited speakers, facilitates group discussion, and allows time for networking and socializing.

This is the end for this post and stay connected because we will continue covering interested topics.
